These are the foods you want to eat regularly, if you wish to become slimmer. You should avoid, or eat very little of, low-satisfaction foods. Such foods contain high levels of fat, but little protein and fibre. Besides, you need to eat tons of them before you can feel, and stay, 'full'. They are not good for you if you are trying to become slimmer.The commonest examples of low-satisfaction foods are croissant, cakes, doughnuts, yoghurt, doughnuts, potato chips and ice cream.
