KUNMING， March 18 (Xinhua) -- Police in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province have busted 39 major cross-border drug-trafficking cases and seized a total of four tonnes of drugs over the past five years.

The king made the remarks at a meeting with visiting U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, during which the U.S. official said his country was committed to the two-state solution if it is agreed by both Israel and the Palestinians.

The king said the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is a key factor that caused instability in the region, adding that he repeatedly underlined his deep concern about Jerusalem and that it should be resolved via direct talks.
