-An International Medical Center is planned to be built on the North West side of the project on a land area of about 25,000 m2. Negotiations are under way with several specialized parties to join BCSL to create the center.

-The premises are serviced by sewage treatment plant, power supply and irrigation network.
Administration
-A professional company will take the responsibility of managing Alex West facilities including green areas, garbage collection and maintenance of utility networks.
