DATTERINO SAUCE

The ready datterino sauce is made with datterinos, a variety of tomatoes with an elongated shape, grown in greenhouses using natural techniques. The datterinos are then collected by hand and processed, in the summer, using traditional methods, based on simplicity and authenticity. Creamy, fragrant and very tasty, the sauce is seasoned with basil, carrot, onion, celery, extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar.

ORGANIC CHERRY TOMATO SAUCE

The organic ready cherry tomato sauce is made with cherry tomatoes grown using a certified organic method, respecting the rules of man and those of nature. The cherry tomatoes are collected by hand and processed, in summer, using traditional, simple and authentic procedures.
