Turn Inwards

To turn inwards means to detach yourself from judgment Thought Manifestation Reviewfrom your experiences, judgment from others, and judgment from yourself. To turn inwards means to rely on your guidance from within; to rely on your intuition and to trust your intuition. The more you trust your intuition the more you will be able to hear the guidance and assistance that is available to you. When you turn inwards, you are able to view life through your inner self. When you view life through your inner self is when your perspective shifts to spirit. The perspective of spirit sees the "The bigger picture" in regards to your path and your experiences. Through this perspective you will be able to view your experiences as if you are a bird in the sky with superb vision. This superb vision will enable you to look at your experiences and help you to understand why you went through them and to address any emotions that were linked to those experiences. Through understanding of the experiences is what helps you to heal from any pain that was caused by them.

Additionally, understanding is what helps you to forgive yourself and forgive others if needed. The superb vision is what heightens your awareness to the experiences and opportunities that are needed for your purpose for being here. When you have the awareness of the purpose (or lesson) for the experiences it helps you to extract what is needed. Lets take an example of forgiveness from an experience. Lets say that you had an experience that taught you in self-forgiveness.

The experience made you do some unloving acts and say some unloving things. Ever since the experience occurred you've been judging and thinking that you're an "Evil" or "Bad" person for committing unloving acts and saying unloving things. So you decide to turn inwards and you end up learning about yourself and realized that you are a being of love. A being of love who is learning about him or her true self.
