Lower Cholesterol Foods Aren't Superfoods

The foods that lower cholesterol are not that exciting, they come out of the ground and are usually seen as a side dish and helps our meat look better sitting on our plate. Fruits and vegetables should be the main staple with a sliver of meat on the side. Somehow we've turned the tables and the table is attacking us. The greatest healer and medicine mankind has ever known is found in our plant life. Super food or miracle food are some of the names given to certain plant foods these days, but they only do what they've always done and it's us who seem to have just re-discovered them.
