داماك العقارية تطرح أعمال برج بايز إيدج في دبي بـ 400 مليون

أطلقت "داماك العقارية"، أكبر مطور خاص للعقارات الراقية في المنطقة، مبيعات مشروعها الجديد للشقق المتكاملة الخدمات في منطقة البرج بدبي، حيث يتألف برج "بايز إيدج" الفخم من 22 طابقاً، ويطل على مساحات مائية خلابة تفصله عن أعلى برج في العالم، ويضم المشروع 220 وحدة سكنية تتألف من شقق ستوديو، وشقق تحتوي على غرفة، وغرفتين، وثلاث غرف نوم تديرها جميعاً شركة الضيافة وإدارة الخدمات التابعة لـ "داماك العقارية". ومن المتوقع استكمال المشروع الذي تبلغ كلفته 400 مليون درهم بنهاية عام 2016، حسبما نشرت صحيفة الخليج الإماراتية.
