By accessing our platform on www.feedsfloor.com (hereinafter the “Platform”), and/or using any other linked pages, features, content, or application services offered from time to time by us in connection with the Platform (collectively the “Service”), you accept what is outlined in this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”).
1.4 In this Privacy Policy, unless the contrary intention appears, the term “you” or “User” refers to the user or viewer, corporate or individual, of the Platform.
1.5 This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information as specified below, cf. clause 3.1, (hereinafter “Personal Information”) gathered when you access the Platform and/or use the Service.

3. Personal information
3.1 Personal Information is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as a User’s first and last name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card or other account number, and information about his or her purchases or use of services. Personal Information also includes demographic information such as date of birth, gender, geographic area and preferences when such information is linked to other personal information that identifies you.
3.2 Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of products, services or users from which individual user identities have been removed. In other words, information about how you use a service may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same service, but no Personal Information will be included in the resulting data. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and User needs so that we can better consider new products and services, and tailor existing products and services to User desires, c.f. section 5.

4. Personal information collected from Users
4.1 We collect Personal Information in several ways from different parts of the Platform and from the Service. The information we gather allows us to personalize and improve our services.
4.2 Personal Information provided by Users:
4.2.1 Some Personal Information is gathered when you register, either as an Individual User or a Corporate User. During registration, we receive some Personal Information as well as other information about you;
4.2.2 When registering as an Individual User, you must provide us with at least your first and last name, e-mail address and a password. You can choose to provide further information about yourself during the registration process (for example, your location). You understand that, by creating an account, FeedsFloor and others will be able to identify you by your FeedsFloor profile, and you allow FeedsFloor to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Terms.
4.2.3 When registering as a Corporate User, you must provide us with at least your company name, name, e-mail address and a password. You can choose to provide further information about your FeedsFloor profile during the registration process (for example, your location). You understand that, by creating an account, FeedsFloor and others will be able to identify you by your FeedsFloor profile, and you allow FeedsFloor to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Terms.
4.2.4 After you have created an Individual User profile, you may choose to provide additional information on your FeedsFloor profile such as: job title, company name, user picture, text about you, links to your websites, address, phone number, industry of interest, language, region and hashtags relevant to your profile and interests. Additionally, as an individual User, you can join networks, visit EXPOs, post in networks which you are a member of, chat with exhibitors at EXPOs and create a customized news account. Additional information about you enables you to derive more benefits from FeedsFloor e.g. develop your network, contact relevant business partners and express your professional identity.
4.2.5 After you have created a Corporate User profile, you may choose to provide additional information on your FeedsFloor profile; such as logo, year of establishment, website, corporate registration number, phone number, text explaining about your company, company addresses, company links, certifications, company specific disclaimer, embedded videos, relevant hashtags. Additionally, as a corporate User, you can create networks, post in networks which you are a member in, create a customized news account, publish your news, create a product/service catalogue, create online EXPOs, exhibit at EXPOs and visit EXPOs. Additional information about your company enables you to derive more benefits from FeedsFloor e.g. expressing your corporate brand, professional identity and product information.
4.2.6 If you communicate with other Users, the content of your messages will be stored on our servers for your later access as long as your FeedsFloor account remains active . If you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, we may also store such communication long term. You provide us with the necessary permissions to keep and use content of all communication.
4.2.7 We receive and store any information you provide to us in any way. The types of Personal Information collected include your name, and e-mail address and any other information necessary for us to provide the Service, including the usernames and passwords for your accounts and profiles on third party sites with which the Service interoperates. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to use some or all features on the Platform.
4.2.8 The Personal Information you provide is used for purposes such as servicing Users, sending updates, and communicating with you about our Services, including special offers and new features.
4.2.9 In addition to registration we may ask you for Personal Information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you report a problem with one of our sites, applications or services. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
4.3 Information collected automatically:
4.3.1 We receive and store certain types of information of User interaction with the Platform and the Service. We automatically receive and store the information on our server logs from your device ID and type, language, device operating system, access times, geographic location of device (if enabled), and third party services referred.
4.3.2 More generally, we automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of User to the Platform and its components.
4.3.3 Furthermore, we collect and analyze all publicly presented Content.
4.4 We only use this data as statistical measures - not in a manner that would identify any single User.
4.5 Such aggregate data enables us to make the Platform appealing to as many Users as possible, and to improve the Service. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to partners about the overall use of our Service. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners also may provide you with an optimal experience with their services.
4.6 We never disclose aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify a user personally.

7.3.1 In case we employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
7.3.2 Third party service providers that make their services and activities available via our Service may access your Personal Information to the extent it is necessary for you to acquire such third party services.

7.4.1 User profile information including User’s name, email address, age, gender and other information you enter, may be displayed to other Users to facilitate User interaction within the Platform.

8. Personal Information disclosed online by Users
8.1 Any Personal Information or content that is voluntarily disclosed online (in messages etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your name may be displayed to other Users when you send messages through the Platform and other Users are able to contact you through messages and comments. Any text, images, or other content that you submit to the Platform may be redistributed in various ways, and may be viewed by the general public.
9. Third Party Services
9.1 There are certain places on our Service where you may activate a link to access other services that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you activate an exhibitor’s link at an EXPO , you may be taken to a service that we do not control.

If you disclose your information to others, or if you are directed to a third party website, their privacy notices and practices will apply. These third-party services may independently collect information, including personal information, from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about your activities on those services. 10. Business transfers

You should ensure no unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately, and by signing off when finishing accessing your account.
12.2 We do our best to ensure that User account information is kept private. However, we cannot guarantee the security of User account information. Various instances such as unauthorized entry/use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of User information.
