About Company

The company was established by Mr. Sany Esmail and Eng. Yehia Kadry in 1946 under the name (Sany Esmail and Eng. Yehia Kadry constructions), it was publicized in 1964 and named (El Mahmoudia Public Constructions Company).

In 1991 the company became a subsidiary of the National Construction Company, public business sector.

In 1998 it was privatized to become an Egyptian Private Sector under the law no. 159 for the year 1981.

In 2010 the capital was raised to 314 million pounds and the Egyptian Awqaf Authority owned 94.8 percent of the company’s shares. The company delivers general and specialized constructions, real estate investments, agricultural and industrial development projects, developing urban areas, running touristic, real estate, service and BOT projects, in conjugation with the government, in addition to public and goods transportation, security services, software manufacturing, energy transmission, and pre-occupied facilities, and construction-supporting manufacturer.

The company owns a number of development plans to make use of new prospects given to its recent shareholder.
