Lakridsfestivalen er en sansefuld rejse gennem smagen af lakrids fra lakridsrod til gourmetlakrids.

En to timers ”forestilling” med inspiration, involverende miniworkshops i de åbne køkkener og smagsprøver på udvalgte produkter med smagen af lakrids.

Her kan du møde ildsjælene bag de udvalgte produkter og handle ind på ”Sortbørsen”.

Tema i 2019 : ”Nordic Liquorice Love” – en hyldest til de bedste produkter og det nordiske køkken med smagen af lakrids.

The Liquorice Festival is a journey through the flavor of liquorice, from liquorice root to gourmet liquorice, mixed with exciting new flavors.

A two hours experience with inspiration, involving mini workshops in the open kitchen and lots of tastings.

Explore the liquorice universe, featuring selected producers within chocolates, cakes, coffee, spices and beer, making unique products combined with different flavors of liquorice.

Theme 2019: “Noridc Liquorice Love” – a tribute to the best products and the Nordic kitchen with the taste of liquorice.
