It’s treated against the defects of sun, sweat, shrinkage, color fading, and when required with resistance against flame, and/or grease to enable us to provide our customers (we prefer to call them “business partners”) with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our Design Department is always ready to support our valued business partners with all the assistance needed to set their direction according to their concepts, themes and color scheme. During the last 5 years, TM Fashion Factory and Hotel Supplies has been nominated as a Regional and/or Global Supplier to many Hotel Chains in Egypt & the Middle East. Our Business Development Department during the last 2 years has been involved in several development plans in many Marketing Exhibitions in Egypt and the Middle East, including automating all operations through one of the most advanced ERP Solutions, and parallel to all that we have been now certified for ISO 9001-2008 Standards to be the first uniforms manufacturer in Egypt & the Middle East & Africa which has been ISO certified. Our Sales Growth has improved during the last 5 years by almost 30% annually. Therefore, we are now establishing a new factory in Egypt at Abo Rawash Industrial Zone in Giza governorate which includes over 12000 sqm X 4 floors to be one of the largest Uniform Factories all over the world, capable of fulfilling the increasing daily demands and requests from our customers all over the world. We also established a new factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia under the new investment law, which will serve as our headquarters for the Gulf Area. It is scheduled to be opened by the end 2011.
