Vending Machine Company (Vmco Gulf) is a subdivision from AL Kawkab Al Kabeer Group that was founded in the year 1987 by Mr. Hassan Al Khaldi with focus on consumer products trading and distribution.  

Due the economic boom that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has enjoyed during the mid-90s, the group extended its operations and entered into many new businesses such as construction and contracting, manufacturing, and food and beverage on both operation and distribution levels.

Vmco Gulf started its operations in 2007 as part of Al Kawkab Al Kabeer Group and it has been mainly involved in different business segments in order to achieve the group diversification goal while keeping a fine level of quality.
