TAKI’s Mother CO. was Established in 1960 and Taki Vita Co. under the investment law 1976.with 60% Egyptian shares and 40% British shares. However, today 100% of the shares are Egyptian and it is the largest foam and mattresses manufacturer in Egypt and Middle East, and started car seat manufacturing 1997.

Over the past years, the company has been striving to constantly meet and exceed customer expectation, not only was TAKI VITA CO. a first mover in furniture industry , foam production , mattress production , and medical pillows all of which are produced according to the international standard specifications .
2. the company is certified for Iso Certificates : ( ISO 14001 : 2004 ) since 2001 , (ISO 9001 : 2008) since 1998 , ISO for car seat quality (ISO TS 16949 : 2009 ) since 2010 and certificate occupational health and safety assessment series ( OHSAS 18001 : 2007 ) since 2010 .

The company is considered being creative and improver continuously to meet international development to meet market needs by being committed to quality standard customer satisfaction that enabled the presence of the company strongly at the market with its trade name, continuous improvement, and product variety with high quality.
4. A new specialized car seat assembly factory was established to deal with multinational automotive companies (Mercedes, General Motors, Abu Al Fotoh Automotive and Egyptian British Automotive). The factory producing car seats for Mercedes ( E-Class ), For GM ( Aveo ) , for A.F Automotive ( Cherry ) and for EBA ( MG).
5. Our production factory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that makes our products superior over competitors. The capital intensive production process minimizes errors ensuring regularity and precision. This process followed by quality checks to ensure that customer specifications are met according to international quality standards.
