Segamat Panel Boards’s core business is to manufacture high quality wood based thin panel MDF with a choice of thicknesses and sizes. This is done following international quality standards such as ISO, EN and CARB.

The move for SPB into semi-finished and value-added products continues with the investment in a Prime Coating Line, a High Gloss UV Lacquering Line and a Moulded Door Skin Line which can provide more wood panel based solutions for our customers.

We can now provide the following products to customer’s specific needs such as the production of: –

Low emission boards complying to either European, Japanese or U.S. standards
Moisture resistant boards
Prime Coated MDF
UV Coated Panel
High Gloss UV Panel
Paper laminated panels with smoother and harder surfaces using decorative papers supplied by our subsidiary company U.C. Gravure Sdn Bhd
