Saiver Egypt Company 1983 was the Manzalawi Group’s first leap into the manufacturing sector. Dedicating himself to serving the national market, Eng. Magd El Din El Manzalawi establishes the group’s first factory operating under license from Saiver Italy, a global leader backed up with 39 years of experience in the field of air handling units, fan coil units, and ventilation fans. Located in the 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt’s largest industrial area, with a manufacturing facility of 5000 m² and a labor force of over 70 workers, the factory is equipped with the latest technological machinery in the field. Air Tiba was driven by a singular vision of quality; a vision that was clearly demonstrated by well-designed, engineered and manufactured products, conscientious customer service, and long term relationships with valued customers and suppliers. Seeing its well-rooted development, sustained by the market growth due to Egypt’s economic prosperity, it was high time to expand on Tiba’s Group solid foundation to meet the growing demand for our products. Establishing Saiver Egypt was the logical solution. The new expansion would enable our Group to meet the local demands and satisfy our future export plans as well.
