Founded in 1885 by a pharmacist (Emile Giffard), the GIFFARD Company is a French artisanal company currently held by the fifth generation. The family company specializes in the manufacturing of gourmet and high-quality syrups for both the Mock tail Bar and Coffee-Shop industries. In each syrup priority is given to the natural taste of the fruit. The large range of Giffard syrup has already convinced the best bartenders worldwide. The Giffard syrup range includes more than 70 flavours, from the most classic ones (strawberry, coconut, caramel...) to the most original ones (elderflower, Chocolate Cookie, Toffee nut...). They are mostly used to flavour the cold drinks (mock tails, lemonades, smoothies...) as well as the hot drinks in replacement of sugar (espresso, cappuccino ...). The company will present on the Saudi Horeca its range of Sauces (Caramel, Chocolate, strawberry and red berries) newly launched on the market and dedicated for topping on hot or cold drinks and in desserts.
