Booth No F129: was founded in 1996 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The word Ganache comes from the French word "jowl" meaning icing or filling for pastries using chocolate and heavy cream. This word was so frequently used it revolved into the name of the store. Ganache started when a Saudi woman would bake date cakes for charity. Before long, she started baking an assortment of cakes, French pastries, and chocolates. They were an instant success! Since her humble beginnings baking cakes at home, Ganache has grown significantly and continues to expand. Today Ganache focuses on introducing a wide range of new and innovative products.
