Hey There, I am Alpha Jenner. Try running the HP Scan executable from the HP folder on your PC if your HP Solution Center Not Working. In most cases, it can be found in "C: Program Files (x86)HPDigital Imagingbin" or "C: Program FilesHPDigital Imagingbin". To access the location and launch File Explorer, press Win + E. then execute the HP Scan program.
