Agrico International is a leader in agrochemical and organic fertilizer in Egypt since 1988. In 1991 Agrico started to expand its customer base to include other countries. Agrico is now represented in most of the Middle East countries either directly or via distributors. In a continued effort of globalization, the company has expanded its manufacturing capacity and enhanced its logistic service to all its worldwide customers. Agrico International provide customers with a door to door delivery via air, land and sea with customized technical support. Along the years, Agrico has built a rich data bank and successfully introduced special fertilizer grades for calcareous soil and arid soil agriculture. Agrico has focused on providing products of high quality by meticulous selection of prime raw material and using fine packaging. Agrico production units are fully automated utilizing the latest advances in foliar fertilizer manufacturing technology. Above manufacturing automation Agrico has paid special attention to quality and process control. As a result, Agrico, has maintained its leadership in the Egyptian foliar fertilizer market. Agrico products continued to be of the best quality and the most perfectly homogeneous fertilizer products in the Middle East market. Since its establishment, Agrico has been a pioneer in fertilizer product advanced research. Agrico advanced research group is continuously conducting laboratory studies and performing extensive field experiment to enhance and innovate new foliar fertilizer products. Agrico research programs are focused on developing environmentally friendly fertilizer products both in manufacturing process and new product introduction. In manufacturing process Agrico approach is to promote using naturally forming raw material and avoid chemicals as much as it is feasible. Agrico newly introduced foliar fertilizer products are designed to provide plants with the needed resistance to fight diseases in order to minimize the use of pesticide and fungicide. Agrico Research and development division is in continuous co-operation with the Egyptian ministry of Agriculture, universities and many private farmers in various regions in Egypt to develop and test new fertilizer products.
