Importance of UAE

The UAE is one of the world’s wealthiest economies and Abu Dhabi's GDP per capita was 72,405 (US $) in 2015, which makes it one of the richest cities in the world and gives the residents more purchasing power(3rd in the world).
 
The UAE had enough reserves and therefore, had the capability to absorb the financial shock due to oil prices. UAE has started reaping the fruits of its economy diversification policy.
 
As of January 1st 2016, the population of the UAE was estimated to be 10,393,672 people by countrymeters.info.
The growth momentum will be continued throughout the next five years as we lead up to Dubai Expo 2020, and Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 creating tremendous growth and investment opportunities for both expats and locals

Abu Dhabi Vision 2030

Abu Dhabi is ambitious and “Vision Abu Dhabi 2030” – is another deliberate approach towards growth. It is an Urban Structure Framework Plan which was developed by the Urban Planning Council to optimize the city's development through a 25-year program of urban evolution.

The implementation of this plan will position Abu Dhabi as the cultural hub of the region, as a high-end tourist destination as well as a global Business Centre. The successful growth of the real estate market is vital to the success of Plan Abu Dhabi 2030.

The projections estimate that by 2030 the city will have grown to 3.1 Million people from 930,000 as of 2007.
The number of residential units will increase from 180,000 to 686,000 and amount of tourists will grow from 1.8 Million to 8 Million.
 
In the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030, the emirate is to achieve a 7% growth per annum in 2010-15, and 6% through 2030.
 
The government and private sector combined real estate investment from now to 2030 is estimated to be around AED 600 Billion.
