Three Things That Keep Us From Losing Weight
Will power is probably one of the biggest obstacles toTrim 14 Review weight loss because the more we try to eat the right foods our bodies crave the sweets and the cheese and the many other things that are high in fat which cause us to gain weight. Maybe it is not our body that craves these things, but our mind. When our mind tells us we need these foods we convince ourselves that our body is craving it. It is really just a habit with us. Eating things that make us gain weight instead of lose weight is more about habits and not having the will power to say no. We must realize that we don't need everything we think we do and learn to say no to them. Is it easy? No way. Most of us have been eating without any will power for years. When we don't eat right and exercise we gain weight and when we don't exercise our "no" then we lose our will power. Are you having trouble losing weight because of what you eat or because you don't have the will power to say no to what you eat?
If will power is the number one reason we don't lose weight then number two could very well be laziness. Weight loss involves eating right and exercising. Eating right mean putting forth some effort to read labels, prepare food, and keep track of what you eat. That doesn't seem too hard when we start out on a weight loss plan, but after a while some people have a tendency to get lazy and stop looking at labels. Then we justify eating out instead of cooking and before long we stop writing down what we eat at each meal. We must overcome laziness and make it a habit to eat right and live healthy.
That brings us to number three. The third thing that keeps us from losing weight is commitment. Well, actually, no commitment. Weight loss takes a total commitment from the individual to get the results you are looking for. Commitment is not really stressed in our society today, but it is very important in every aspect of our life such as marriage, job, family, and yes, our weight loss program.
