Corporate Users
How does my company become a corporate member?
If you have the authority to represent your company in marketing matters, Sign up for a free corporate account here and fill out the form accordingly. FeedsFloor will then send you a confirmation once your company account has been approved (within max. 1 hour).
Can anyone pretend that they are representing my company?
No, unauthorized use or misrepresentation of any company will be dealt with appropriately and immediately. All unauthorized representation accounts will be terminated immediately.
How do we add company news to FeedsFloor?
Step 1: Log in using your corporate account username and password.
Step 2: Click on "Add Corporate News"
Step 3: Input title and text and choose relevant Floor, region and language
(NB: please note that news will be removed if it is showcased under a non-relevant Floor, region or language)
Alternatively, you can use RSS feeds from your website to get your news automatically updated on FeedsFloor.
Step 2: Click on "Add RSS Feed"
Step 3: Input your company name and e.g. type of RSS feed and put in RSS feed link. Choose relevant Floor, region and language
(NB: please note that the RSS feed will be removed if it is showcased under a non-relevant Floor, region or language)
How can we invite our customers to view our company news at FeedsFloor?
Please click on 'Invite' and cut and paste the e-mails of your stakeholders you wish to follow you on FeedsFloor.com, or send a notification out after you have posted a certain news item by clicking on the news item and then on the 'Share/Save/Bookmark' link.
How do we terminate our corporate account?
Please contact feedsfloor@feedsfloor.com if you wish to terminate your corporate account at FeedsFloor.com.
Individual Users
How do I search for news?
Option 1. Search by word
Type in the word of your subject in the search tab e.g. "Toyota" and all news items from different sources including the word "Toyota" will appear
Option 2. Search by Industry (Floor or Sub-Floor)
Step 1. Click on the Floor or Sub-Floor menu (on the left side of the page).
Step 2. Click on desired region e.g. Europe under 'Refine Search' (on the right side of the page under MyFloor).
Step 3. Click on desired language e.g. English under 'Refine Search' (on the right side of the page under MyFloor).
How do I become a member?
Anyone can become a FeedsFloor member.
Sign up for a free individual account
Fill in the form in the new page accordingly, and a password will be sent to your e-mail address for your newly created account.
How can I add my favorite business news to FeedsFloor?
Once you have logged in using your FeedsFloor account details, click on the "Add RSS Feed" link, located at the top right hand side of the website. Please open another tab or window in your Internet browser and type in the URL of the website from which you wish to receive updates and news.
Most websites have an orange RSS button that you can press on and get an overview of the news feeds that particular website is offering. The RSS feed link might be only be one or multiple links split up into categories. Please copy your desired feed link and paste it into the box of the FeedsFloor form for adding a feed. Most websites will ask you to download and install a RSS Reader to view the news feed item; however, this is not necessary in order to view the feed item at FeedsFloor and at MyFloor. Finally, please choose the relevant Floor or sub-Floor, region and language appropriate to the feed. Please apply in accordance with Terms.
How do I add business news to MyFloor?
Once you have logged in using your FeedsFloor account, choose the news item from your desired source, and click on 'Read More'. Once you are directed to the news article page, click on the "Add Feed to MyFloor" link. The source/RSS feed will now appear under your MyFloor area, along with the Floor it belongs to.
How do I delete news from MyFloor?
Click on the red button with the minus sign next to the source you wish to delete in the MyFloor area.
How can I see if a news feed already exists?
In case you wish to add a feed that already exists, a message will say that the feed already exists and a link to view this particular feed. Feeds can therefore only be posted once on FeedsFloor. Please search by Floor, sub-Floor, region and/or language or by using the search function to see if a feed already exist.
How can I contact companies if I would like to know more about their products and services?
All corporate news published by corporate accounts will have a link on the news page to 'Contact...', where your message will be sent directly to the company.
How do I invite my colleagues?
Once you have logged in using your FeedsFloor account, click on the 'Invite' link above the MyFloor area. Fill in the form in the new page accordingly.
How do I share news items?
Please choose the news item and click on ‘Read More’. Then click on ‘Share/Save/Bookmark’.
How do I terminate my account?
Please contact feedsfloor@feedsfloor.com if you wish to terminate your member account at FeedsFloor.com.
